Case and Referral TrackingThe Treatment Status report helps you analyze case acceptance. New patients are listed with the referral, tooth #, and dates of Diagnosis, First Treatment, Next Recall, and Completed or Declined treatment are also shown. You will know the exact status of each patient you see, and the names of patients who have completed and declined treatment. In addition, PBS Endo tracks and reports the diagnosis and procedures performed on each tooth (or teeth) as a separate case; this means you won't have to re-enter the patient into the computer each time he returns just to track the new tooth as a separate case.
The Referral Analysis is a comprehensive set of reports of all new patients, with the revenue and collections from each referral. Since all reports can be printed for any date range, you can analyze activity for a week, a month, a quarter, or a full year. The reports can be for all or a specific referral, for all or a specific provider in your practice. Sort the report by Name, Production, or Case. Additional reports include a Referral Annual totals for revenue by month. The Production by Referral by ADA Code report sorts the cases by ADA Code.
