How do you access PBS Endo from Home? |

We encourage you to have a copy of PBS Endo on your home system.
At the end of each day, you will backup your office data to CD, tape, or zip and take the backup home. Then restore the data onto your home computer. After restoring the data rebuild your indexes in PBS. By simply restoring the data, you can look up patient information and run reports.
Alternately, you can access PBS from your home through the modem to the office.
This approach would require you to leave the office computer on at night and use modem software like PC Anywhere or Carbon Copy. This approach compared to restoring at home does not allow the backup to be tested.
