PBS Endo

The Patient Registry feature for the PBS Endo software allows a patient to use a Tablet PC to fill out their demographic information and medical history form.  The patient’s signature is also captured on separate Informed Consent, HIPAA, and Financial sections.

The patient’s Medical Information is saved to the Health History window in the EndoChart.
