PBS Endo Overview

PBS Endo practice management provides double-entry accounting to manage Statements and Insurance, generate Day Sheets, Aging reports and Analysis reports.   Additionally, you can create and archive Custom Letters, manage images, and track cases by referral.

The Appointment Scheduler replaces the paper appointment book and allows you to make an appointment quickly, and enter important information for the appointment.  A variety of reports allow you follow up on patients before and after appointments.  For example, you can identify your pre-med patients in order to contact them before the appointment, or list patients who cancel or no-show to contact the referral.

In the operatory, the EndoChart contains every aspect of the chart from Health History to Consult, Exam, Diagnosis, File Lengths, and unlimited Notes.  For most entries, you simply point and click the mouse to record every detail of the case.  PBS Endo includes a powerful search feature to find cases based on your criteria.  The EndoChart allows you to create a truly paperless practice.
